Finding the TSUBO (7)  Ro-Kyu (Pericardium Meridian #8)                                  Location: On the palm the point where is right between the tips of the completely flexed middle and ring fingers touch the palm.                                                           Technique: Press hard and inward with one thumb for 10-15 seconds, three times. For: Exhaustion

Finding the TSUBO (6):         “Chu-Kan” (Conception Vessel #12) “Chu-Kan” means “the mid-stomach”. Location: In the middle of the abdomen, midway between the navel and the pit of the sternum (chest bone). For: Loss of appetite, Fatigue, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation. Technique: Press downward and inward, softly, with palm or hand for 10-15 sec., three times.
