Location: Just below the tsubo(34)=Cho-kyu (in front of the middle of the ear, on the pit which appears when you open your mouth).
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Ringing in the ear.

Location: In front of the middle of the ear, on the pit which appears when you open your mouth.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Ringing in the ear.

(33) In-ryo-sen [ Spleen Meridian # ]
Location: On the inside of the leg, at the top of the shinbone, 4 fingers below the kneecap.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Knee pain, Loss of appetite, Impotency.

(32) Sho-sho [ Lung Meridian #11 ]
Location: On outside of the thumb, 1/10 inch to the base of the nail.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Cough, Sore throat, Painful breathing.


Finding the TSUBO (31) in Shiatsu Massage

(31) Chi-so [ Stomach Meridian #4 ]
Location: On the line directly below the pupils (the center of the eyes), parallel to the corner of the mouth.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Facial tension, Facial pain, Toothache.

(30) Kei-mon [ Gallbladder Meridian #25 ]
Location: Just below the twelfth rib on the back, toward the side of the torso.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Stomach ache, Digestive problems, Vomiting.

(29) Jitsu-getsu [ Gallbladder Meridian #24 ]
Location: Below the nipple, between seventh and eighth ribs.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Gallbladder ailments.

(28) Nai-kan [ Pericardium Meridian #6 ]
Location: On the forearm, 3 fingers above the wrist hold, in between the two tendons in the wrist.
Technique: Press the TSUBO inward 10-15 seconds, three times. Do not put strong pressure all at once, but rather slowly increase your fingers pressure.
For: Nausea, Insomnia, Vomiting, Chest pain, Palpitation.
